Pop To It!
I invented a new dessert…with Pop Tarts. Actually I invented two different desert-type thingys. You know, just in case eating Pop Tarts by themselves wasn’t dessert like enough. You should check it out and maybe win a prize or something for your reading efforts.

This post has made me itch to buy some Pop Tarts. I haven’t had them since a student and even then not much since the jam used to boiling hot coming out of the toaster :) My favourite flavour was cinnamon sugar but I think they stopped selling them here or maybe my supermarket did. I’ll have a look out for them. I fancy making a dessert similar to yours in the photo. Mmm fancy.
