I know this is super last minute but I have four tickets to giveaway to the Baja Splash Cultural Festival celebrating National Hispanic Heritage Month at the Aquarium of the Pacific on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 29 and 30. Anyone? It looks like it’s going to be really fun.
