Best Day Ever in Boresville

Best Day Ever in Boresville

The sun was shining clear and bright when I woke up today. I called my mom and told her it was a great day. I wasn’t crying for a change. I put on my famous shoes and took my regular walk down to the beach. That felt so good I was motivated to clean the grout in my kitchen counter tiles while I answered phones for Toby’s business. Then I polished my sugar bowl that’s been greenish brown since I bought at a garage sale five years ago. Now it is shiny and I can see my reflection in it! It was wonderful. I paused to admire it all day every time I walked by it. After I caught up on a little busy work in my office, I cleaned the house from top to bottom. I even vacuumed. I went to the bank and reconciled an error on my statement. That was fun too. Especially when they reversed the charges. Then I did fifty million loads of laundry and when I came home Toby was watching television. Fifteen minutes later a pizza arrived that I didn’t even order. Toby ordered me a coke in a glass bottle too and I don’t even like coke. He said the phosphorus was good for developing dna and that a little bit of caffeine won’t hurt me. It tasted GREAT.

Today was the best day EVER. Do you know why? Because it just plain ROCKS when you aren’t sick. It doesn’t matter what you do.
