The hand held thingy

When my friends read this they are going to shake their head and pretend they don't know me because I don't know what the name of this kind of firework is. A bottle rocket? I torch? I have no idea. But anyway, you hold it and fireworks shoot out of it. Maybe 7 or 8 bursts of fire. They were amazing. But I can see why they are outlawed. If you shot them the wrong way (like anywhere instead of up), you could really do some damage.
