    Oui, tres bien! That’s something you can keep your eye out for when you are thrifting! That’s where I found my pan for $2!

    Also, I’m sure you know this, but you can freeze the lemon zest. Freeze it flat (like on a plate or small cookie sheet), then once frozen, it can go into a ziploc bag or plastic container, and it won’t be one big blob of lemon zest.
